KubeCraft Refund & Payment Policy

For context: in the past 12 months we have had no refund requests related to the program. We're proud of that. KubeCraft has also been a top 1% community on Skool for two years. We still publish this policy so you know exactly where you stand before you join.
In short
KubeCraft Career Accelerator is a digital program with close mentorship by experts. The moment you join, you get full access to everything: all training materials and projects, templates, the member community and the mentorship and coaching sessions. Because nothing is held back or released later, we can't take it back once you have it. That's why there are no refunds after access is given. If you're unsure, start with the free strategy call and our Free Linux course first. We'd rather you join when you're sure. We always show you everything in detail so you know exactly what you will get and ensure there is a mutual fit.

1. Why sales are final
Access to all digital content is given immediately after enrollment. You can download, use and keep working with the materials from the first day. For that reason, all sales are final once access is provided.
2. No refunds after access
Once you have access to the platform, the community or the training materials, the purchase can't be refunded. This applies whatever the reason, including personal circumstances, time, a change in career direction, study workload, travel or scheduling conflicts.
We know life changes. That's why we ask everyone to take the free call first and make sure the timing works before enrolling.
3. Payment plans and financing
You can pay in full or, where offered, with a payment plan or third-party financing.
- With a payment plan, the full price is due at enrollment. The plan only spreads the payments out.
- The plan is an agreement between you and the payment provider.
- If you stop taking part in the program, the remaining payments are still due.
4. Canceling your access
You can ask to cancel your access at any time. If you do, your access to the materials and the community ends, no refund is issued, and any payment plan continues as agreed.
5. If life gets in the way
If something serious comes up, talk to us. In some cases we can pause your access, defer your start, or move you to a later cohort. This is our decision to make case by case, and it isn't a refund, but we'll always look at it fairly.
6. Refunds through platforms or payment providers
Sometimes a platform or payment provider starts a refund process outside our control. If that happens, KubeCraft may recover amounts already paid for services that were delivered.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
Opening a dispute or chargeback after using the program may be treated as misuse of payment systems. In that case we may end access, restrict future participation, and recover the funds through the appropriate channels.
8. Agreement
By enrolling, you confirm that you've read this policy, understand that payment plans remain payable, and agree that this digital purchase can't be refunded once access is given.
Common questions
Can I get a refund for KubeCraft?
No. Once you have access, the purchase is final, because all materials, templates and community access are delivered right away.
What can I do before I pay?
Book the free strategy call, watch Mischa's YouTube channel and take the free Linux course. That way you know what you're getting before you commit.
What if my circumstances change after I join?
Contact us. We may be able to pause your access, defer your start or move you to a later cohort.
Do I still pay if I'm on a payment plan and stop?
Yes. The payment plan continues even if you stop taking part.
